La Senoba Tinto Rioja x 6 Bottles

Composed of 50% Tempanillo and 50% Graciano. A selection of clusters is carried out in the field that arrive in boxes to the winery, where once vatted they are kept at 9ºC for a minimum of 6 days before the beginning of alcoholic fermentation.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in wooden tanks throughout the winter and in spring it is transferred to new French and Hungarian oak barrels. After 12 months of aging, all the barrels are tasted and it is decided how the mixture between both varieties (Tempranillo and Graciano) will be carried out. The new wine, resulting from this mixture, goes back to the same barrels for another 6 months.

Tasting
Cherry cherry color with ruby ​​tones, aromas of ripe fruits, balsamic and spices. Powerful, but very elegant, velvety wine: its freshness and persistence is striking.

Ideal for sophisticated dishes (stews, baked dishes, etc.).
