Selection of the yolk must, the finest and most elegant. Made with 100% Verdejo grapes from old glass vines (20%) and trellised vineyards over 25 years old (80%).
Cold maceration of 30% of the grapes, static racking, fermentation at 15ºC in a stainless steel tank for 23 days, rest on lees, clarified, stabilized at -4ºC and filtered.
Pale straw yellow color. Clean aroma of very high intensity, where white fruit and flowers stand out first, opening later with hints of grass skin and hay. In the mouth it is fresh but with a lot of volume. Fresh fruit, fennel and minerality return. Dense, long palate, with a sweet and pleasant finish that invites you to continue drinking.

Conservation
It is recommended to store it with the bottle lying down, in a dark place, without vibrations and at a stable temperature between 15-20ºC.
Pairing and Consumption
Ideal for an aperitif, of course to accompany fish such as turbot or sea bream, and shellfish, oysters, clams, or prawns or prawns, it also pairs with all types of cheese. It is recommended to serve it between 5 - 8ºC. Optimal consumption until the end of 2025.
